We are guided by ethical principles
At Belcorp we create lasting and sustainable relationships with all our stakeholders: employees, beauty consultants, consumers, suppliers, society, the State and the environment. We build solid ties with each on the basis of trust, respect and mutual benefit.
Our Code of Ethics frames the principles that guide us in the performance of our daily functions, thereby encouraging us to act with honesty, responsibility and transparency in everything we do.
The Belcorp Code of Ethics was developed in a participatory process with the commitment of senior management and input from the Corporation’s employees in different areas and countries. At each of our Organization’s country offices there is an Ethics Committee that ensures observance of the guidelines established in the Code.
